What's included in the price?

Every case study includes onboarding, customer scheduling, a 45-minute interview conducted by a trained human, transcript, insights summary, quote bank, the written case study, and one revision round.

Do I have to commit to a monthly plan?

No. You can start with a single Starter case study to see how we work. Most teams move to the Growth plan once they've seen the first story land.

Are there any extra fees?

No hidden fees. The only optional add-ons are things like short-form video edits, additional revision rounds, or design/layout in your brand template — quoted up front.

How does the monthly Growth plan work?

Accepted Answer

You get three interviews and three finished case studies each month, on a rolling basis. We share a lightweight pipeline so you always know which customers are being scheduled, interviewed, drafted, and reviewed.

Question 5

What if a customer cancels or reschedules?

Accepted Answer

We handle rescheduling directly with the customer. If a customer drops out entirely, we swap them for another warm intro from your side without affecting your monthly count.

Do you offer discounts for annual commitments?

Yes — teams that commit to 6 or 12 months on the Growth plan get preferential pricing. Talk to us on a discovery call for details.

What currencies do you invoice in?

We invoice in GBP by default, and can invoice in USD for US-based customers. Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Starter projects are invoiced 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Growth plans are invoiced monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer and card payment.
